CTL Amedica is an ISO 13485 certified and FDA registered Medical Device Company with offices in Addison, Texas. CTL designs, manufactures and distributes medical device products and systems for spinal surgeons; specifically implants and devices.

 

The company is currently seeking a CNC Machine programmer.  The candidate will have experience in either Swiss Lathes and/or Mill/Mill Turn machines. 

 

Duties:

• Program machines using Autodesk Software (Fusion 360/Partmaker)

• Setup and Step through programs

• Inspect Parts to Print

• Troubleshoot NC programs and equipment

• Participate in qualification activities

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Complete required quality system documents accurately

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Experience programming CNC Mills, Lathes, and/or Mill-Turn machines

• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment

• Ability to effectively use measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Calipers, Video Measuring System, etc. to perform product inspections

• Ability to interpret complex product drawings

• Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, etc.

• Ability to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device or related manufacturing experience

• Trade school or vocational school related with studies in CNC programming

• ISO 13485 knowledge

 

Required Education Level:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

Job Status:

• Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
