Customer Service Leader

CTL Medical Corporation d/b/a CTL Amedica is an ISO 13485 certified, and FDA registered Medical Device Company headquartered in Addison, Texas. CTL designs, manufactures, and distributes medical device products and systems for spinal surgeons; specifically implants and devices. 

 

CTL Medical is currently seeking a Customer Service Leader.

The supervisor of Customer Service will oversee the internal customer service team and lend support to the external reps and customers.  This individual is responsible for helping to train and assist the customer service representatives as well as participate in communication with our customers.  This role will be heavily rooted in ensuring CTL Amedica provides the best Customer Experience inclusive of stepping in when needed to assist with the tasks at hand.

Duties: ​

  • Oversee, mentor, and train the customer service team.

  • Respond to customer related matters such as emails and phone calls.

  • Train on iTraycer and QuickBooks, as needed, to help guide less experienced staff.

  • Maintain project timelines and delegate OUS projects to facilitate produce being sold OUS.

  • Assist the regulatory staff in QMS updates and final revisions.

  • Monitor the receipt of complaints and feedback and diligently attempt to gather all necessary information.

  • Follow up with accounts to ensure inventory is returned in compliance with CTL Amedica field inventory policies.

  • Advise customers of product shortages and coordinate efforts to transfer inventory from other field locations.

  • Facilitate Set Return requests.

  • Account Management support (pricing, product info (STG’s, IFU’s, etc.))

  • Assist with cycle counts and yearly inventory counts.

  • Assist in vendor audits, whether offsite or on.

  • Provide assistance, when necessary, related to shipping and delivery options.

  • Assist in resolution of customs delays and international shipping related matters.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Customer service experience, 2 or more years.

  • Working knowledge of iTraycer and Quickbooks systems. (Preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Impeccable time management skills

  • Working knowledge of ISO 13485 & FDA 21 CFR 820.

Required Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Status: Position is full time, Day Shift
