CTL Medical Corporation d/b/a CTL Amedica is an ISO 13485 certified, and FDA registered Medical Device Company headquartered in Addison, Texas. CTL designs, manufactures, and distributes medical device products and systems for spinal surgeons; specifically implants and devices. 

 

CTL Medical is currently seeking a Inventory and Production Control Associate.

​

Monitor inventory levels, stock and build activity and part quantities in the field.  Assist purchasing with usage, rates, and machine availability in-house.  Keep track of min/max levels and alert purchasing team as well as upper management to critical shortages or potential delays.

Duties: ​

• Fulfill Inventory requests as presented by Customer Service, Purchasing, Manufacturing or Sales

•  Coordinate Shipping documentation including preparing, processing and information dissemination.

• Liaise with the Purchasing department to acquire raw materials for efficient production of finished goods; follow up with PO status until delivered.

• Monitor, trace and manage the inventory by tray level, assist Financial and Operationsdepartments to input the usage and replenish in the system.

• Prepare operational reports and manufacturing variance analysis to help the Financial department estimate production costs and evaluate manufacturing and inventory performance.

• Monitor and track multiple revisions of products in the field to assist the Engineering and Operations departments with implementation of rolling changes.

• Perform Cycle Count functions and report on findings

Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Require 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment and preferred MRP system experience.

• Quickbooks, iTraycer experience preferred.

Required Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Status: Position is full time, Day Shift
